I received this in the mail two days ago and I’ve already made it three times. This coffee is GOOD. I like light roasts that have a lot of flavor without being overly bitter, and I find that can be hard to come by. But this one is IT. Hit it right on the head with the coffee and citrus notes. Definitely give this roast a shot if you’re a coffee lover and wanting to try out mage bros!
I usually don't throw lighter roasts in my Aeropress, but I did for Summer Spell and it was delicious. Tasted balanced and not overly citrusy.
Very flavorful light roast. I used for a cold brew and it turned out really nice. Definitely taste and smell the toffee and citrus notes. Aftertaste was chocolate and toffee for me. Did not brew bitter at all. Even my coffee-hating boyfriend tried and loved it. Would get again.
